For added peace of mind on the Cincinnati roads, each vehicle must also first pass a reconditioning and inspection process. An original manufacturer warranty may or may not interfere with Wyler Assurance. Some makes, models, powertrains, and equipment packages are excluded, and commercial use may also void Wyler Assurance. Vehicles sold as-is are excluded.
What Wyler Assurance Covers
Wyler Assurance covers gaskets and seals within each component group in conjunction with a covered repair. Components not mentioned are not covered. Gasoline and diesel engine components covered include pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, oil pump, timing chain, gears and/or belt, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, seats and guides, valve push rods and lifters. The engine block and turbocharger are covered by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
The transmission case and transfer case are covered by the failure of an internally lubricated part. Specific parts include bands, clutch pack, gears, pumps, shafts, shift forks, shift rails, synchronizers, and solenoids. Additional components covered include the torque converter, bell housing, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts and transmission pan.
Drive axles and final drive housing are covered by the failure of an internally lubricated part. All internally lubricated parts, the axle shafts, differential cover, universal joints and yokes, constant velocity and double offset joints, drive shaft center bearings, supports, and propeller shaft are covered.
